    This wasn't uite what I expected It was interesting to read a first hand account of life circumstances leading up to life in Kalaupapa but I was a little distracted by the writing style and some of the info included that didn't really seem to add to the story I picked this up in the small visitors center gift shop in Kalaupapa when I visited
